Shabby Restore Clear Faceted Octagonal Glass Knobs for Dressers, Cabinets, Drawers or Doors - Pack of 12

Just got these the other day - so far so good. It was obvious to me that they were packed in a loose position and I retightened by hand each knob. Were well packaged and none arrived broken. Have not painted the dressers I am replacing knobs on but my husband looked at the knobs and he said they would be fine for the dressers. He intents to hacksaw any excess screw off for me so that it does not pull clothing in the drawers.

First, the screws are way too long for standard cabinets or knobs. Second, the metal part on the front is actually a bit sharp and would not be practical for frequent use. I would only recommend for a decorative use, not something you will be using the knobs on often.

The little metal flower piece on the top is very sharp and cut me the first time I opened the drawer. I also didn't like how the bolt sticks out into the drawer. Most knobs have a bolt that screws into the knob. This one has the bolt go into the drawer and you just screw a nut on to keep it attached.

Screw is too long and has to be trimmed.
