Can you use these for either foot ?
Would these work if I were to place them inside of boots?
How do you make these stick to shoe? Mine never has, can anyone help?
How do these work with Dr. Scholl's arthritis insoles?? What are they suppose to attach to? and how do you know the precise placement??
1) Clean the inside of the shoe to make sure the insert sticks well. 2) Test the position of the shoe insert. The raised area fits comfortably behind the ball (near the arch) of the foot, and will not fit just below the foot. 3) Peel the film from the bottom of the insert and put the insert into the shoes. The arrow (located under the adhesive) must point towards the toe. 4) Please re-adjust as needed to ensure comfort. We recommend replacing the insole every 6 months or if there are signs of wear

The tackiness of the insert can be compromised if the inside of the shoe is not wiped clean of debris before use. To restore tackiness, please use a clean sanitizing wipe on both the shoe insole, especially in the ball of foot area, and on the bottom of the Ball of Foot insert. This may help restore the tackiness to keep the insert in place during use.
