Suggested Use: Preparation: Mix the content of one PEDIAKID Satiety sachet (0.35 oz) with 3.4 oz of water. It is possible to prepare as a drink mix with a cocktail shaker. Under 10 years old: 1 sachet per day, preferably outside the mealtime to avoid snacking. (30 min. before lunch OR 30 min. before dinner to reduce food intake). Above 10 years old : 2 sachets per day, preferably outside the mealtime to avoid snacking. (30 min. before lunch, AND 30 min. before dinner to reduce food intake). For good results, please use regularly as directed, twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, in a 30-day regimen. To renew every 2 months, if necessary.
