They are 1000 mcg. Not very large or thick. Easy to swallow. About the size of my round iron pills or a regular aspirin. Hope that helps.

I wouldn't say it made my hair grow, which I know is sometimes the intended reason for talking these...but I did notice an increase in nail and hair strength, less breakage and more shine. I take once a week because it is a high dose. I didn't notice and stomach issues while taking, so that is a plus.
