Q: What's the difference between regular and big and tall?

For my son's it's length of the arms and torso. Regular sleeves are just to short and regular torso is a belly shirt. Hope that helps

They are not long enough to fit like a tall size, fit like a normal long sleeve tshirt.

Not sure if I'm answering your question correctly but, these are lightweight. See my previous review. These are awesome but hang dry to prevent shrinking.
