Gutermann Invisible Thread 274yd, Clear

I used this thread in making a fishing tackle box from cardstock. It was really invisible and allowed a floating appearance to my fish and worm on the hook. It was fun to work with except it is really invisible and I lost a strand or two. Reasonably priced and works well. My craft glue held it nicely but I did put a little knot in the end so it wouldn't pull through. I recommend.

This thread worked very well when sewing a patch on to a handmade quilt… I would definitely re-order.

It wasn't exactly what I needed but the value for the money was on point. The color was correct. Very thick! Quality was good probably good for making jewelry not so much for quilting what I needed it for. I don't think you can use it for crocheting.

I did not get to use this thread because I thought it was a little bit thicker and when I received it, it was so thin that I could barely see it so I knew I was gonna have problems using it. But in my defense, I did order it because when you’re sewing different craft projects, the best thing is to use this type of thread because it’s really invisible so you probably won’t see much.

When I’ve dealt with invisible thread before it broke pretty easy but this stuff is strong. You will want a thread net for it but I was really happy with how my projects turned out with it. The only thing is if you put your tails to the underside it was quite pokey so I had to interface my lining so I couldn’t feel it.

This was a good choice to use to sew a patch on to a jacket. With multiple colors in the patch, the invisible thread blended right in. No need to change threads. It was easy to use.

Hard to control at times

High quality. Better than Coats and Clark brand. Take all tension off machine when using.
