Excellent product especially for the price. It nees a connector specific to your car but then easy ish to fit. Loads of apps and easy to connect to the phone. Really good looking and well laid out screen.. Great upgrade for another older similar stereo

About that universal fit….. The head unit lacks many of the holes present in the Pioneer 2 DIN unit I was replacing, and, unlike the Pioneer, the screen doesn’t fit into the aperture in the dash. I ended up using 3M VHB tape instead of screws to fit it into the factory brackets in my 1998 MR2 and fitting it behind the hole in the dash. I’ve now got Apple Carplay, unlike my old head unit. Haven’t tested the hands-free yet. If it’s not good the review will lose another star. It doesn’t recognise my Smarty SIM. Says the slot is empty, so the 4G is useless for me. I’m not getting another SIM to see if it works. On the upside, unlike my old Pioneer, it’s not limited to a 32GB USB stick so I can have more music with me. I’m not a fan of streaming. I’ll live with it for a bit and then make my mind up about it’s functionality. I wouldn’t buy another. The fitting issues make that a no-brainer.

Installation completed! I needed to add a vehicle specific connector (Suzuki Swift) and I chose to add a DAB+ receiver and an active roof mounted DAB+ antenna. 100 DAB+ radio stations downloaded in a couple of minutes. Signal strength is excellent! I've also paired the head unit to my dash cam and can now download, view and save footage onto the head unit. Very impressed with the quality, value and functionality of this product.

Worked perfectly in my E46 after a few modifications. Really fast, great quality, and easy to use.

this is an android car stereo from the brand xtrons, it's a double din device that universal fit to any car model with standard double din space available, the unit is equipped with a 7 inch ips touchscreen, a massive upgrade to my old car with a fm/cd stereo not minute job to install but quite straightforward, literally re-plug iso harness and matching cable for corresponding functions will do the job thie car stereo supports both apple carplay and android auto, i can link my phone wirelessly; it built in 4g lte for mobile connectivity, also work as a 4g hotspot for my family in journey, i hope the sim card / usb slots are somewhere accessible from the front, so i can change pay as you go sim and usb devices easily basically the user interface very similar to android tablet, intuitive to use, carplay and voice assistant supported, easy to use, very smooth navigation and responsive touch screen there are loads of built in audio and video apps, it's more than enough to me, i use the built in fm and music player the most, the carplay covered my apple music library as well all in all, i'm satisfied with this product, would recommend

Unit works fine out of the package. however no matter what I did with the brackets they did not fit my Nissan Tiida 2009. Took me over 2 hours to make a work-around and even now I'm not really happy with it - just ran out of steam and left it as it was. I'm sorry now I didn't take pictures but it was so awkward to get it in there I am reluctant now to open up the dash again just to take pictures in case I have the same struggle putting the dash back in place. Just giving a heads-up to anyone thinking of buying this for their Nissan Tiida - brackets don't fit. I have fitted many car stereos before and not had this much difficulty. They just need to test their brackets with more cars i guess.

Having an older car with no Android Auto, this is a great option to drag an older double DIN vehicle into the 21st Century! Have had other products from XTRONS and the build quality is good. Easy enough to fit, just a case of taking your time to run any accessory cables neatly, the basic unit fit would be fairly straight forward, with just a few connection cables to attach, though not as easy as some vehicle specific units have fitted before, which just plug straight into the existing connection block. The screen connected really easily to my phone, bringing Android Auto to the car on the clear screen. The screen is responsive enough to touch so that all works easily; with the unit having 4gb & 64gb it is fine for smooth functionality It comes with 4G and GPS antenna, along with a 2 x USBs port for the wiring cluster, which can be used for a DAB dongle, to go with the DAB app on the unit, along with other accessories available from XTRONS. There is a SIM slot in the wring cluster, if required Decent upgrade for an older vehicle, if you can’t find a vehicle specific unit, which XTRONS do a good range of, which are very easy to install.

Excellent quality screen that's a perfect update for the out-dated screen in my Mitsubishi. It means I can at least stop using my phone on a magnetic mount. Fitting is a bit of a challenge of course, but the kit provided is highly comprehensive. Instructions in the kit and online are very helpful.
