This is a no-frills product. You get the 12 filters in a bag. Each filter is individually wrapped. There are no instructions. For me, this was perfect as I know how to use these in my coffeemaker. (Soak in water; insert into plastic holder; insert into coffeemaker)

This is a great value compared to other offerings. They are assembled well, but the rim that goes into the Capresso filter holder are not centered making it hard to place in the holder. Short of that, these are pretty good filters.All in all not bad. I would have given 5 stars had the rim been centered, but I can only give 4. Sorry.

Check out the photo, does this look right to anyone?I thought the charcoal filter would filter out all impurities and not allow any contaminated water to flow through to the ground coffee.I expected the water to be pure and clean after the filter, so why is there a rust colored stain on the filter and a residue after the filter in the water reservoir?Does this mean there are impurities passing through the filter and into my coffee?Not really satisfied, or convinced, that these filters are doing as described.

I have used the Charcoal Water Filters on my Capresso for thirteen years & they help to make a great cup of coffee, iffilters are used as directed.

Fits just like the original one that came with the machine; its a little loose & will float out of place unless you cover it with a little water first & press the air bubbles out. After that the filter stays in its reservoir & the resulting coffee tastes great.

I live in an area that has pretty hard water. These filters really improve the flavor of the coffee.

Works and looks as expected. A drop in replacement for our old Capresso coffee (swivel cone type).

These filters seem to work just as well as the more expensive ones from Capresso.
