Great for Classroom Mailboxes
I ordered 3 of these. They were easy to assemble and I had no problems. The shelves were not plastic like some people described- more of a thin particle board, and I had no problem with splitting or cracking during the assembly process.

More organized
I need to sort out about 12 forms that I had all jumbled together in my previous organizer. This thing was perfect. It also freed up a little extra space to put some binders next to it.

Don’t waste your time!
They did not stay together well-even after gluing the towels. The material was not strong and got chipped easily. The shelves slid out every time anything was pulled out. Each cubby space was NOT as big as I expected.

Great for my intended use
When my product arrived and I opened the box, I found that all the corners of the panels were busted up and the wood was also cracked. There didn't appear to be much damage to the shipping box but I'm sure this happened in shipment. I contacted the seller about returning for a replacement and had the new one within a few days. It arrived all intact and was very easy to put together. My only complaint is that the trays move way too easy. I put papers out and the tray comes out with it. It works for what I need it for though.

Handy for office paperwork
This paper organizer is very sturdy and was easy to put together. The color is pleasing and looks nice on our office credenza. The issue I have and why I only gave it three stars is because the shelves just lay on top of little studs. It would be fine if they were heavy wood shelves holding books, but the entire shelf constantly falls off the studs and collapses onto the shelf beneath it. This happens every time I try to grab a stack of papers out of the slot. You have to be very careful and not grab the self itself. This is sometimes difficult when you have a lot of papers jammed in there. I just wish the shelves could be permanently affixed into the unit. If I had time I would glue them in, but for now I just deal with it.
