Easy to mold on your teeth after you pour boiling water on it. Took a few tries but followed the directions and it works fine. I was able to cut and trim them any way I wanted to for my perfect fit. And I have a small mouth so they fit pretty well didn't have to cut much

I bought these because my dentist said I was having dental pain due to clenching my jaw at night. These molded perfectly to my teeth and helped relieve that pain. These are very simple to mold and very similar to ones used by athletes for sports training.

I like the bottom teeth mouth guard. More comfortable than top teeth mouth guard

Auch. I just wanted a confy mouth gard. This thing is like for a boxer! I am not that big and could not fit even the small one in my mouth.I think I bought the wrong thing because it is quite uncomfortable. I couldnt return it... it sat on the counter for too long.. when I tried, the window to return had closed...I am sorry but I truly didnt like it at all...

Bought for my 5 year old because he grinds his teeth at night but I had to do a lot of cutting and even making the width shorter because it was rubbing on his gums. Once I got it all trimmed up (which was HARD!), it works now.

My favourite night guard. So much better than the more expensive ones as it’s softer yet still firm enough to help. Highly recommend it!
