They work well for dribbles
I have a urethral stricture caused by a motorcycle accident. My trouble is I think I'm done going, put it back in my underwear and move or bend and that small amount of urine caught between the sphincter and stricture squeezes out. These work really good catching that small amount, which turns out more as you use the bathroom all day/night. Not bulky. They're great at odor control too. One shield lasts me all day with my light leaking. There just really more expensive than the Depends brand light sheild for the amount you get. The Depends brand gets a little funky by the end of the day, the Tena brand doesn't.

Indiscreet security. High confidence
Very discreet. Adhesive keeps it in place where you need it. I don't have a huge problem but as an older gentleman I do have some issues after I've used the bathroom. Anybody who wears light colored khaki pants knows what I'm talking about! With these completely confident. They also seem to negate any smell although I have had an extensive problem with that. I have accidentally washed them a couple times and they held together and did not spill their contents everywhere. That's a big bonus because the stuff they use inside could make a big mess

Don't buy these from Amazon!
This product is great, comfortable, absorbant, and relatively low cost unless you buy them from Amazon. My first order of these was delivered as a bulk pack from Tena with 8 boxes of 14 guards each. The second time I ordered them I got one box. I contacted customer service and they promised to fix the problem. Two days later I received one more box. I contacted customer service again. The agent tried to convince me that the product was a total of 14 guards spread across 8 boxes. I tried to convince him that 8 boxes of 14 guards each was 112 guards. I failed miserably - his mind was made up regardless of the math. Save yourself a lot of misery and find some other source. A price that seems good is terrible when it is really for one box and not the advertised 8 boxes.

You Might Be Shorted
The product is great, I use them all the time to catch small dribbles (thank you diabetes, for that). And thank you, Tena, for the solution! The problem I had and I believe others have noted is that you're supposed to receive 8 boxes of 14 pads. I received 1 box of 14 pads, not 8. I work in the conveyor and warehousing industry so I know what goes on: The picker gets the order which says "1 box". The problem is that sitting on a shelf is a giant box that holds multiple boxes. That large box (in this case) might hold several boxes of 8 boxes. So when the picker is supposed to pick "1 box" it's not always clear what they are supposed to pick. It's almost never the first big box. Sometimes it's not the second box. Is it 1 box of 14? Is it 1 box of 8 boxes of 14? Is it 1 box of 4 boxes of 8 boxes of 14? It isn't always clear and they are trained to keep moving and let the packer deal with it. So it gets to the packer and they're trained to pack a box every 30 seconds or so. They either don't have the information to see this problem either, or they don't have the time to get a supervisor involved. So it gets shipped to the customer that way and then the customer gets to deal with the problem. So, I get my money back and I get to reorder, and I get 1 complimentary box of 14 pads for my trouble. I'd rather not have the trouble. And we hope that the next picker and packer doesn't make the same mistake when I place the new order...

Great leak protection
By far the best one the market. Not thre cheapest by far, but the beat. The color black goes with any underwear. Just really hard to find sometimes.

Great Guards very thin, no irritation like other pads.
I initially ordered what is clearly a pack of 8 boxes of 14, for a total of 112 Guards. I received only one box of 14 instead. Requested they send them to me, Promptly received a case of 8 boxes 2 days later- faster than the original shipment. They did tell me to keep the one single box I got the first time. I ordered the guards as I have used them in the past because they are much better than the other brands and don't cause any irritation like those do. Very thin, so discrete even just when in your underwear. Designed for occasional drips or light not a lot of leakage of course. I don't even feel them inside my underwear when wearing. Adhesive works well too. Don't come loose but easily removed when you need to change underwear or change the guard.

Finally1
After trying other incontinence products, I've finally found the right one for me! The size and shape are far better than the others I've tried. The adhesion is very good. The comfort is far superior--they are thin, not bulky--yet they do the job for me. I think that they are great for minimal and moderate leakage, but probably not as good for significant leakage. To top it off, they are by far less expensive than the others!

Its a journey!
Very light pad. Probably too small for guys with more "stuff". These would have been great for me a few years back when things weren't flowing as much.If you're like me you need a couple of "sizes" for different times. I'm to a point like a lot of guys in the reviews, I need more than this one but NOT a modified diaper!Next step is Tena's "Light #1" pad. I hope this will be it! My closets filling up with pads.I find the "popular" brand not quite enough. The "moderate" Tena is the modified diaper. Useful in certain circumstances.Hey! I " won't get my pants in a bundle" as I continue my pursuit. Ha!I have modified women's "pads" with some success. Its not THE answer but can work.Just a word to Tena. Your prices are way too high. More and more men as they age, and there's a bunch of us, are having heath issues that lead to incontinence. The market is growing Tena so don't drive away customers or worse create competition because you're greedy. Look ahead. To all the men out there dealing with this issue. God bless.Let us deal with this with dignity and a bit of humor. And of course a little help from our friends!
