In China, the turtle represents heaven and earth as well as longevity. The turtle too is a symbol of KA-ME’s longevity as a brand, bringing with it the authenticity of timeless Asian cuisines.

Very tasty!
The texture of these noodles is great, I make a fair amount of Chinese dishes and these go perfectly - would recommend them, excellent noodles!

The best Angel hair type noodle
In the store, I bought a similar product. It was a bit thicker and it cost five dollars for each package with only 4 ounces.I did not pay attention those were the same company, but a different sort of noodlebut these are the ultimate thin angel hair like noodle and tasty and you can undercooked them and make them al dente.

Great for ramen!
These noodles are great. They're comparable to ramen I get from high end ramen restaurants in NYC. The noodles also won't get soggy quickly which is great (still don't leave it in forever though!). The texture is curly and delicious. The cooking time is pretty fast too, I would say around 2-3 min boil is sufficient.

Good, but thinner than expected...
Not quite as thick as typical Ramen noodles, which is what I wanted. However, they work good in a stir fry.

Delicious
Love these noodles. Cook up so quickly, you are out of the kitchen in no time. Have all your ingredients all cut up and ready and by the time you set the table, dinner or lunch is served. Great product and really tasty.

Bought these as a 'try' at the grocery store, amazingly good for chow-mein, stir fry
Boil or steam and then pan fry in a bit of oil. Just like crispy chow mein noodles that I love.Packages were in good shape, no damage. Excellent noodle for chow mein

Arrived the next day and in perfect condition.
The service was perfect the product as described. My husband loves these ramen noodles and I find them easy to prepare and devour.

So glad to find them!!
I use these noodles for all my “make your own take out” recipes but i haven’t been able to find them in stock at any stores for weeks. I ordered online and they were here in 2 days. So glad I checked Amazon for them.
