I have an api alumi-tech grand slam extreme climber, will these work for this stand?

They’ll work but the straps would slide side to side on the tubing unless you do some sort of modification. You could, for instance duct tape a couple pieces of foam pipe insulation around the tubing underneath the back pack straps to keep them from sliding. Also, I have bought these before and they wouldn’t be comfortable for carrying a heavy climber like the grand slam. I’d suggest MOLLE shoulder straps and waist belt.
