Does what is says so I’m pleased with it.
I used this product a few years ago and was very happy with it but for some reason I cannot remember I stopped. Having had recent problems with constipation I started to use it again and am pleased with the outcome after two weeks. Sleep has improved and bowel too so I will continue with it.

Bi2Muno prebiotic
I recently returned from a Nile Cruise and after reading about Bi2Muno in the Daily Mail took this product as a precaution. Started one week prior to arrival in Egypt and daily whilst there. I felt energised and totally fit despite eating the salads etc. Cannot recommend highly enough, this product really works and will certainly take again when next I travel to a hot country.

Helps with insomnia
Very convenient to take and after a week I noticed an improvement in quality and hours of sleep.

Great product but not so if you’re vegetarian.
I’ve been taking these in the evenings to improve my gut biome but have also found that my sleep pattern has vastly improved and far less problematic! I have read about sleep problems and gut biome connections a while back but really surprised how much these have improved things! My only gripe is these contain gelatine which is a real shame as Bimuno other products are vegetarian so looses a star.

Made significant difference during flare up
I tried these during a flare up having read reviews. I’ve definitely noticed a significant difference after a week of taking them. I’m able to tolerate some foods again which has made a huge difference.

excellent supplement
Bi2muno is easy to take,as i take antibiotics quite regularly i thought this would help my good bacteria,seems to settle my gut,better than taking yogurt which i dont think does any good.Would recommend for some conditions it is suggested for..i use mine in my porridge oats on a morning.

Not the sachets
I thought i was buying the sachet as that is what i was searching for. Yes i can see it says pastilles but i was not looking at the words. These work out almost twice the price as you take 2 a day so only last 15 days
