It's not 24K gold plated
It's not 24k gold plated after careful an close examination its actually gold coloured card or paper. As you can see in the pictures it has some kind off epoxy near the connectors on both ends dont know of this is the standard or slipped by quality control I can only review what I see. It's a decent cable however the build quality off the connectors are extremely poor and not worth the price especially with the dirty stuck on epoxy an the so called 24k gold metal when its card paper. 1Gbps full duplex achieved (15m cable)
Having tried a competitors cable which was lower spec (cat6a) which could only do 100Mbps, and could not support 1Gbps. I opted to try out this higher spec cable. The cable is not too thick/stiff, but is still solid build. What did surprise me was the packaging. Not just in a plastic bag, but in a nice cardboard box, and the network cable ends were covered in plastic protectors. Never seen that before. Anyway looks and apparent build quality is one thing, but would it suffer from technical low level build quality issues stopping 1Gbps full duplex. Nope! Full speed that I wanted was achieved. Yet have support for 10Gbps in the future.

The best quality cables I have ever used
These cables are superb both in performance and build quality, the shielding is amazing and has allowed me to use these in areas of electrical interference that I would not normally do so.These are providing a very stable connection to all of my devices connected directly to my router and they do not kink or go out of shape and you would be very hard pressed to damage or break them, they have great gold plated connectors at both ends to ensure the best possible contact and connection.I will definitely be buying more in the future and would highly recommend them.

Did the Trick!
Bought this 10 metre Ethernet cable because my Smart tv, about 8 metres from my Broadband Hub was relying on a wireless connection so when watching things like Netflix it was constantly Buffering. This excellent cable running from the tv to the Hub has completely removed this problem and greatly speeded up the connection. Wish I'd bought the cable ages ago.

Tested, good quality
Got the item in 2 days and it looks very good quality, tested the cat 7 cable on my 360mb broadband and the results were:+50mb download on average, ping from 11-15 to 9-10,upload +1 or +2mb.I actually didn't need to buy a cat 7(10gb cable) for my 360mb internet broadband, a a cat 5e or at maximum a cat 6 would be enough and would get the same results but I bought this cable so that I don't need to buy a better cable in the future when I get a better internet broadband

Well made, reliable and solid.
This product is well made and solid, which is important as many modem ports are not well designed and the cable itself needs to be strong and self-supporting. It has increased my download speed slightly and I can recommend this product to anyone wanting a well designed, reliable, well made product which will perform well and last.

Seem to be very good quality
Makes a very good connection with the Ethernet ports and provides fast access to the connected devices.Seems to be good quality, but it is too early to know if it will be reliable in the longer term. I cannot see why it should not be.

test for your self
I got a cat 6 cable with Virgin media package. I could not get any thing over 3mbSwapped out for old cat 5 cable I got around 10 to 13 mb.This cat 7 cable I have not had anything over 15mb. All I can say, play with other cables from cat5 to cat7 and find out for your self. Last thing do not trust windows task manager use a third party app to measure speed.
