Over the past 10 years, I have bought dozens of flashlights, some big, some small, some using batteries, some rechargeable. I have used them in a wide variety of situations. So I have my pick of LOTS of lights for virtually any task. But my EDC23 is the one I keep reaching for. It just flat works for almost anything. Max power and strobe are incredible, but even the other modes are terrific. Battery life is fabulous. The UI is well configured. This EDC23 is the one to buy!

I have an EDC 25, 27 and 29 already, but wanted something smaller as a backup. If you're familiar with the other models of the EDC, this is more of the same in a smaller package. Not as bright as the larger models, but definitely bright enough for it's intended use. Built like a tank, very durable. It's not going to be damaged unless you damage it intentionally. Even then, it'll take a beating and still keep on ticking. USB C recharging is fast and easy.
