Fast Efficient Service; awaiting for the seeds that I planted to sprout. I will plant the remaining seed in a couple of weeks as the nights get warmer. So far so good, watering thoroughly now to give the new seedlings start.

I experienced maybe 50% germination. Very spotty growth. Package was past it's expiration date when I received it, so maybe that had something to do with the poor germination rate.

Grass never came up. Consistent water and new soil.

Not a single blade of centipede grass grew. I live in NC, had good soil, toiled the soil before I planted the seed and watered everyday. Nothing grew. I figure I'll just have to let the grass near-bye grow up and into the area instead of planting.

Everything was great arrived early, planted and have a nice green yard , Pennington has always been at the top of my list for grass seeds for over 30 years

To be fair, I did wait a little late in the Spring to spread this out but the results so far have been minimal at best. I do notice some sprigs coming though in bald spots in my yard. However, I think next time I will opt to just go with sod.
