Potentially defective gel
I received the gel from this company and it was defective. It hardened like cement after the first two uses and I could no longer get it out of the package. Easy-Smile would not stand by their product. In my opinion, the best kind of gel to get (and you can find it pretty cheaply still) is DayWhite by ACP. If you can't find it on Amazon, look on eBay. Update 12/8: Easy-Smile did issue a refund after I submitted an A to Z claim.
