To make sure, this is not the standard brush with stiff bristles? is this made of the the softer hog bristles meant for delicate materials?

This is the premium brush. Very soft, it is the best for suede or other softer materials. I also use it on my Nike Flyknit and Adidas Primeknit shoes.

Can i use this brush with the jason markk solution on the primeknit on yeezy v2s and nmd city socks?

Yes, the premium brush works for soft and gentle material like primeknit. I use it to clean all my NMDs & ultraboosts (pk, mesh, regular knit) and flyknits.

Will this clean rough out leather?

If you mean suede, this brush wont work. They have a suede cleaning kit that includes a cleaner and a special suede brush.

Is it ok to use this brush for formal calf leather shoes? I read that it is soft and I like this for keeping leather without scratching.

This brush is so soft, suede and knit materials will not be affected. This will not scratch your leather shoes.
