I have real problems with tension in my neck. This massager is perfect for reducing the tension. I can hold it on my neck with my shoulder. It’s not attached to a cord so I can walk around with it. It’s soft too. So no hard plastic to deal with. It’s a great value and price. It has instructions so it’s easy to understand where the charger goes and how to change the vibration levels. I received it fast too.

The item is good but it shouldn’t just stop when you wants to use it and my 30 return is up I got it in Feb and it’s my 3rd time using it and stopped during the 3rd time

my first review, I left a negative review , but it was an honest error. I had it connected to the charger, and it wouldn’t turn on for several hours. With my old massager, you just pressed the button, but with this one, you need to hold the button down for it to power on. It is extremely powerful, and I really like the size.
