I don’t normally write reviews on products purchased from Amazon. I don’t know why the negative reviews for this product. The spice packet was perfect. It saved me time and money from buying spices that I don’t have readily on hand. I did use boned-in beef instead of store bought beef broth (when I’m a pinch or if I need a quick meal, I’ll use store bought beef broth). Also, it might be helpful to make the broth the night before for maximum flavor. But the key is def using Vietnamese fish sauce to flavor the broth (instead of salt).

We are hooked!!!This was our first attempt at making pho in our kitchen & it was just sensational.You can watch many YouTube videos and learn some techniques on how to to char some vegetables but there are the instructions on the packaged envelope.I am a far stretch of a cook & yet I was able to pull this off well (Very Well).We made this beef pho & it was the best soup that came out of our kitchen, ever.This was a fun attempt and it was a hit, something that my Wife and I did together.This is given me the confidence to try other complex meals from scratch.What I really enjoyed about this experience was the simplicity of it all.I would strongly recommend this to anyone now that the winter is around the corner and this meal is perfect for a date night in the time of Covid 19.

I was looking for a spice that I could use to make Pha so very pleased. Only wish cloves were included, but no worries I just purchased them separately. I used the pack and the Pha came out perfect. Definitely would buy again.

so i know there are a few negative reviews for this spice sachet but i loved it! I added in fresh ginger, red onion, and garlic and season the broth with fish sauce and salt. i cooked my pho with knuckle bone and beef ribs, My pho broth tasted organic and just perfect. Even my caucasian husband asked for seconds and he doesnt even like pho

This is terrible, it doesn't taste like Pho it taste like the Pho noodle bowls you heat up in the microwave. I'm very disappointed my kids were so excited and we were let down.

This made my whole house smell like soup (not opposed to necessarily)Tasted NOTHING like pho. It was very weak but gross at the same time. For 5/6 dollars you can go get some pho at your neighborhood pho shop.Don’t try to make this. It’s truly yuck.

My pho smelled authentic. It made quite a big pot!
