these are strong enough. thicker than standard so more suited to heavy watches and big wrists and busy working hands. i think if i knock this off my wrist it eill be the buckle now, these lugs are sure strong enough

Couldn’t compress to put them in 20mm watch so useless to me. Couldn’t be bothered to return

Tho they didn’t come with a gadget to help insert them into the watch, they were placed quite easily and are now doing a grand job on my Timex Expedition.
