YogaBugs: The One Bug Your Kids Should Catch

Borrowed my sister's copy and my two year old loved doing it , so had to buy my own copy , easy to understand moves and good that both my 16 year old and 2 year old do it together so appeals to all age groups , even my 9 month old sits and laughs ! My eldest has learning difficulties and is good for her co-ordination

i thought it would have been more yoga related with the names of the posturese.g. hanuman the monkey god jumped across the sea from india to sri lanka in a split leapbut, i grew up and teach in brent so ALL of the kids know who hanuman is... etc....i ended up getting the kids to make-up their own stories

Book received OK. My wife and granddaughter seem well pleased.

I have found this enjoyable and adds variety to the DVD we use. My 3 year old daughter enjoys it but more colourful pictures would have been good.

It's an amazing book! It's like a course of kids yoga. Full of activities, and the necessary theory to do yoga with kids. It's the greatest book about kids yoga that I read so far! :-D
