My adult kids are working to improve their homes. They are good at DIY, and I love Lowe’s. So do they. These gift cards are an excellent way to give them something they want and have a use for. They can choose how to use them, and I can feel good knowing they have a consumable gift that will be appreciated.

This is the same gift certificate that you would find if you went to the store. Saved me some time to buy a Christmas gift!

I know some photos show it was open which is not ideal but, I work in retail and unfortunately sometimes the gift cards you have to open that back part to actually scan the gift card to be active. Why does Lowe's do this? I don't know. Personally have never had a problem with the a gift card off Amazon. Looks a bit tacky but, that is the way Lowe's corp decided to do this. The package arrived sealed, however, opening the package revealed that the tab had been removed and the pin was exposed! CSA, Albert, offered to fully refund the value to the original form of payment (available 5-7 bus days) or to an Amazon Gift Card (available 2-3 hrs) . He was unable to offer a courtesy credit.
