OK for dubbing un-warped records
Head shells should be lighter than this for really good tracking of warped records. That said, for dubbing 78's with an appropriate cartridge, this'll do.It's a casting, far heavier that it looks. The graphite fiberglass zippidy do-dah ultralight headshells cost more, and - if you just want to track flat records, this shell is ok. If you are trying to track warped LP's, shop for a lighter shell.

flimsy lead wires, both shells i got 2 and both are slightly warped and with some scratches. waste of money.

Item received promptly, exactly what I needed.
Just bought a used Gemini turntable for cheap and needed the needle parts - this fit perfectly. Received promptly, set up was simple, my "new" deck sounds awesome.

DOES work with Serato... with a few adjustments!
Giving 4 stars for this one reason: Hooking the wires up to the cartridge as normal will not work for Serato! I thought I had bad units (unlikely both were) as Serato went completely crazy with these new headshells, with same cart & needles as worked perfectly before. I had to hook it up the following way:Headshell to cart:-Blue to white-White to blue-Green to red-Red to greenHooking them up in this manner does not affect vinly playback at all from what I can tell. Once I got that sorted, they work perfectly! Even sound pretty damn nice for cheapies! Hopefully this information will help anyone struggling with the same situation.

Buen cabezal para el precio, tiene suficiente calidad para al menos quedar conforme (otra vez, por el precio), los acabados un poco burdos pero funciona muy bien e incluye los cables para conectar la pastilla del tipo que corresponda, así como los tornillos necesarios para ello. En resumen, es un cabezal económico que no decepciona y lo recomiendo con 4 estrellas...POR EL PRECIO.
