these under shorts are perfect under padding when winter riding with warmer outer layers

The chamois is the highlight of these shorts. The construction of the fabric of the shorts seems on the delicate side so we will see how they hold up to the washing machine. However it is a lighter fabric so if you are wearing them under shorts or pants it should help in keeping your nether region from overheating.

Great compression and cooling/moisture-wicking, my one complaint is a manufacturing defect. There is something sharp in the hem of the left leg and after 100 miles of riding, I realized that what I thought was a bad bug bite was actually skin damage from that sharp bit. I think I can still use them if I put a bandage on the spot where it rubs. I might have returned them, but I already put a lot of miles on them

Ich hatte bisher 2 Billigshorts für meinen Spinning Bike zu Hause, aber wenn man länger als eine Stunde drauf sitzt, fängt es an zu scheuen. Diese Hose sitzt einfach viel besser, und man hat keine Probleme bei längeren Fahrten. Obwohl sie nicht teuer ist eine Top Qualität. Man sollte hier auf keinen Fall am falschen Ende sparen.

I think they skimped a little on the padding. Not the simply the depth, but the length. They need another 1/2" height at the rear from my experience. I also have several other brands but find I keep reaching for the Bontrager inner shorts because they provide way more overall comfort.The Gore are OK, but for rides over 1.5 hours I'm not a fan.

Good fit, good on the saddle, breathable , washed well
