This ramp was eay to put down, it is easy to use. It is a good quality and we liked.

I can’t permanently install it as desired. It is portable and easy to use.

a little shaky when my husband get in the middle but a good thing , the carry case is well made and sturdy but I don't think I will ever use it or carry the ramp around so it seems like it was a waste of money I am sure it was pricey and a big part of the $$,

The online description is not accurate, the length of the ramp is not appropriate for 3 steps, it is very steep and unsafe for anyone who needs a ramp on the 2-3 steps. The product is not very sturdy either making it unusable.

This ramp is not safe. It does not hold enough weight. I weigh 110 lbs and if I walk up the ramp it sags alot in the middle. I don't consider it safe for a wheelchair which would would be much heavier with a person in it. BEWARE.UPDATE TO ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW:This ramp did not work out for us. When walking up the ramp, the ramp flexes. Apparently, this is part of the design, but it set my husband's balance off as he walked up the ramp with a cane. It may be better for a wheelchair. The seller contacted us right away after I posted our review and offered to give us a full refund and sent us a prepaid return label to send the ramp back. We have received the refund and so have adjusted our review in light of the excellent customer service provided to us by the seller.
