No Drill Picatinny Rail Scout Mount for Swiss Model 1911, K11 and 96/11

first, off I have a sporterized Swiss model 1911, k11 rifle that was converted by golden state arms back in the fifties to 308 win. they shortened the barrel and re-chambered it to 308. so finding a mount that will work has been tuff. I have tried a couple of others but because of the shorter barrel they put the rear of an optic over the ejection port so spent cases hit the optic and sometimes would land back in the magazine and jam the rifle up. this mount when properly torqued down is very solid. the only drawback is it puts the optic a bit high. still usable but its more of a chin weld instead of check weld but at least it is usable. I may try one of my pistol scopes and see how it fits but really wanted to use my aimpoint 9000sc on this rifle. if all else fails I may see about machining the mounts a little shorter.
