I’m extremely happy with this electric scooter! It exceeded my expectations in both performance and build quality. The 350W/500W motor provides plenty of power, and it easily reaches speeds up to 19–22 MPH without struggling, even on slight hills. The battery life is impressive. I’ve been able to get close to the advertised 16–24 miles range depending on speed and terrain, which makes it perfect for daily commuting. Charging is straightforward and doesn’t take an unreasonable amount of time. The solid tires (8.5”/10”/14”) are a huge plus because I don’t have to worry about flats. The ride feels stable and secure, and the double braking system is very responsive, giving me confidence even at higher speeds.

I bought this to take on camping trips in my new RV. I didn’t want to spend a lot on an e-bike, so I started looking around at electric scooters. Came across this one and saw the great reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. This thing is impressive! First of all, it’s fast! The speedometer maxes out at 20 mph, but I’m sure it goes a couple mph faster than that. 20 mph doesn’t sound fast, but on a little scooter like this, it really is. Also, the ride is quiet and smooth! There are a lot of cool features on this scooter! The fact that it folds is really what sold me. I can easily fit this in my camper’s storage compartment, or toss it in the back of the truck. Even cooler, it can connect via Bluetooth to your phone! Just download the app, and you can enable cruise control, turn on the headlight, and choose from several speed settings. You can also do all this without the app. But you might want it because it displays battery percentage, as well as range and total mileage. If you’re on the fence about an electric scooter, go for this one! It has everything you need! In fact, I’m probably going to get a second one so that my wife and I both have one. They’ll be perfect at the campground!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My daughter purchased this scooter with her own money and after one week of use, keeping it indoors when not in use, the battery no longer charges, it does not even turn on when plugged in. The headlight also stopped working after a few days. I have tried to contact Roinside customer support with no response. This company is horrible to deal with. Do not waste your money on this scooter. There are other brands that seem to be much more reliable. I am very disappointed and my daughter is crushed that she can no longer enjoy the scooter she spent the summer saving her money for.

The charger plug is super annoying, it goes the speed as advertised. Super easy to assemble. Lights function well. Nice color I guess. It can get up to 15 miles range in standard mode before it dies off. This is no reflection of the quality of the product but rather the type of product but it absorbs every crack in the road and having ridden it for over 100 miles in East mesa in Arizona, US, it does not make for a very comfortable ride/experience. Personally I would've gone for a bike but it does get you from point A to B without breaking a sweat but probably not in Arizona haha. The app is a nice addition. The Bluetooth lock mechanism doesn't work far from the phone. If you're going to buy this you're gonna need to buy a lock and a helmet so this price helps. Folding mechanism is very nice because I fold it into the back of my car on occasion. The display is very helpful. It could be simplified in my opinion. Having eco mode and speed mode is nice. The brakes and bell work well. The handlebars are very quality. I would've personally bought a scooter that has suspension or just a mountain bike. The lights are pretty nice in the back too. The battery life is pretty good but it accelerates better when you don't overcharge and keep it in shade and nice temperature. I will update with any findings

This was a great purchase. Super fast delivery. I was quoted 7 days and it came in 3. Sturdy frame, easy setup, and quick acceleration - especially since I’m pushing 250lbs. I used the user friendly app to tame it down because +20mph was too fast for my comfort on a scooter. The battery lasts more than a week with daily riding several miles multiple times. *UPDATED* I thought there was only the rear brake, but I was wrong. The front drive wheel has an electric brake that helps slow down the scooter. This can be adjusted through the APP for how strong the electric brake works. It also has a mechanical rear wheel brake that is adjusted like a bicycle brake system. With a little adjustment the scooter breaks pretty good. I am very impressed with this product. :D

This scooter is super fast! Like even when someone my size, full size rides it, this thing is not slowing down! It’s got great brakes. The battery charger is lightning fast and you get a good 45-60 minutes on the charge. The kickstand broke off because my son fell. But you can order a replacement. It works great and I think it’s the best gift I have ever given. The color is gender neutral. It’s just st so easy to ride and fun. It’s a great size for a teen of a bigger person like myself. It is quiet as a kitten. Highly recommend for anyone! You won’t regret it, great value for your money.
