I've only had these for a week, but they appear to be doing the job. They fit snuggly and havent slipped down the cables or fallen off, yet. Time will tell. My phone and tablet cables were getting bent and broken and I was tired of replacing them several times a year. I hope these protectors hold up.Update:: it's Been about 9 months since I started using these and haven't had to replace a cord yet!

I like that they come in different colors so you can identify which cord is which easily. They were easy to use and put on the chord, and certainly look nicer than my diy reinforcement (old pen spring wrapped in electrical tape). I think they are reinforcing the areas that are prone to failing on the chords well, but only time will tell.

This product is. Ok but the double sided tape is the pits. The side that will come off works great but it is impossible to get the second side free from paper and the squares are to small to fit all the way around the charge cable.n I was excited to get something that will work only to be disappointed because now I just go out and buy some double sided tape to make up for the too small and unusable included. Not all cables are the same so it is important that they peel back in off easily.

I found that by using these cable protectors on my charger cords, I am able to make my cords last longer. Sometimes I need two per cord if the cord is in bad shape. Charger cords are so expensive; these protectors saves me money. No need to replace cords at the first sign of wear!

Love, love, love this product. My son has broke headset, phone, and every other kind of cord you can think of. Wires become exposed and cord stops working. These protectors are firm enough to stop the cord bend where it meets the charging part. Put on my and all my sons cords. Multiple colors were nice. Will be sharing with family and will give as gifts. Perfect idea. Exactly what we needed, plus will save me money on headsets and cords!

Marvelous ingenious attachment. Works like a charm to protect and bolster a design weak point. A little pricey (it's why I gave it 4 stars) but price is an issue in the absence of value.

I ordered these because I needed them for my macbook and iphone chargers, and lots of other brands only worked on phone chargers. I've been very satisfied so far-- they come in several nice colors and I have a lot extra to use on other things. They don't shift around at all, they're very easy to put on, and they fit several different thicknesses of cord. Very satisfied!

I got these today, they are easy to put on the cords. The colors are nice, my only complaint is that I recieved 11 pieces not 12.

It is protecting the cable or cord from splitting or cracking. Been using for several weeks on my iPad and they work for me. I put one on each end.

They don’t stay in place

Wouldn’t even give it one star. Horrible!!! Description and picture of instruction say two completely different things. There is no sticker inside to hold it in place. Useless and extremely disappointed and you can’t even get a refund. Keep your money. It is a waste of it.
