Blackbird MURU Incense PYRES

I like the smell- mostly a soft, woody, smoky vetiver. But I pretty much have to be right next to it, inhaling the smoke directly, to smell it. And my rooms in my apartment are small so it's not a space issue. Or burn several at a time, but for the price, I'd like to not have to do that and would like it to last a little longer. I like subtle, but this could use a tad more oomph. I'm a big fan of several of their others though (Mars, Ploom, Targa are the faves), and those project well and linger for a while, but not overly long, which is great because I can then burn a different scent without too much layering going on.

1. This product is really, really over-priced.2. Unlike other incense products, these cones do not go out on their own. The cone becomes a flaming charcoal briquette. It is absolutely frightening.3. The scents I tried smelled like cold campfire.4. The smoke from the cone was so dense that it choked me in a manner to suggest that the cones contain chemicals that should not be inhaled.5. Try Nippon Kodo. Their incense is amazing and not over-priced.
