I am in love with these binders! They seem very well made, they look nice, AND they are easy to wipe off spills. Excellent for kitchen use! However, my one large disappointment is that Carsten doesn't seem to make one that is extra wide to be used with full-page sheet protectors and extra wide divider tabs that extend past the sheet protectors so the tabs can be read. I am making recipe binders. I will go ahead and use these binders as they are the best I have found, but I really hate that my divider tabs extend past the binder edge about 3/8" to 1/2" or so. I don't think the dividers will last long that way -- more concerned about that than the appearance as it isn't noticeable when the binder is open for use, only when it is closed. I really don't understand sheet protectors are so commonly used, and you can purchase the extra wide divider tabs to use with sheet protectors, and yet finding a binder to fit them is pretty much impossible except for the really large ones Avery makes that are way TOO large. NOTE: These binders work fine with standard divider tabs, not just the extra wide ones used with full-page sheet protectors. They also work well with the sheet protectors themselves as long as a person doesn't want to use dividers.

It's well-made but there's zero planet where this binder is worth $24.99.

I wanted to love this, but the flimsiness of binder did not work for everyday use. Looks great, just not functional for me.

I got this to put our working and daily recipes in. This binder is very sturdy and looks like it will clean up easily.It is constructed of hard plastic with a metal binding mechanism. The hinges are thinner plastic that may wear out over time, but I am not too concerned since it does not see an excessive amount of use.It is not the most attractive binder for recipes, but we were looking for something that would last and be easy to clean, which this seems to fit the bill just fine.

Despite your first glance at this binder, because it is thin and the material at first glance looks like vinyl, the very opposite is true.After I really looked this binder over, felt it, touched it, I saw that it is a very durable and special material that makes up this binder.It is tough to open the rings because it's new and stiff. I hope it will open more easily as I use it.I do like the fact that it comes in many colors. I really love that fact. Because I do a lot of studying and I do a lot of printing out things I want to refer to. Therefore, having various colors of the binder helps single out binders with a different topic that I may be interested in.Therefore, all in all, I will give it a 4 stars instead of a 2 star as I first thought I would give it.All in All it seems to be of good quality.Do I think it's worth around $20. I have to say no. I have better 3 ring binders that I've paid $15.My $20 binders are leather. Yep. Perhaps I should have bought some more of them.But, once again, this binder is different and it comes in different colors.Well, that's my thought on this product anyway.Confused about my feeling about it.

The binder looks a different picture in the photo than the one I received & btw it doesn’t have pockets. I overlooked that but that’s not an issue for me

I sprung for this expensive 3 ring binder because I wanted a heavy duty one that would hold up under frequent use. I bought a brick red 2 inch one and organized my huge recipe collection into this binder. I put all recipes into plastic sleeves and separated the recipes by category, using binder dividers. Fabulous binder for this use. Hold everything. THE RINGS STAY TIGHT TOGETHER. I can turn pages with ease and the pages do not slip out between little gaps where the rings should meet. I hesitated to buy this expensive binder, but for the heavy duty and frequent use for which I am using it, it is worth every penny. No more frustration.

As I have over a hundred songs in my note book I am very happy with the ability to turn several pages at a time without them binding up.
