We butcher our own chickens, a couple dozen at a time. These make the process so quick and easy and I feel like scalding them to shrink the bags not only gets rid of the air inside the bag but the germs outside the bag as well. Chicken butchering and plucking is a messy job and these bags make it that much easier, cleaner and preserve the final product for a longer period of time and in better condition.

This bag works perfectly and it is quite easy to use. Our birds are typically between 3 and 5ish pounds and the bag was the perfect fit. We had no issues, the zip ties work great. We will continue to buy in the future.

The bags work great, but I wasn’t sent any zip ties or instructions with one of the sets......thankfully we had extra zip ties on hand, because a trip to the store for zip ties wouldn’t be very fun on processing day.

This worked like a charm! It happened to be our first time using a product like this... most of the time we have our meat chickens prepared in a processing facility. This year however, we hired an amish family to butcher our birds and my husband and I packaged them. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they shrunk in the hot water and forced the air out. This makes all the difference for long term storing and preventing freezer burn! Super happy with our purchase.

Bought these twice now. Wow! Why I didn't use these sooner? These are amazing and super easy to use. Will be ordering more for sure. Only "complaint" is that some of our bigger ranger chickens don't fit in the bags. We cut them in half and bagged them but I will be looking for possibly turkey bags as well to make sure we can fit all chickens in bags whole.

Easy to use. Came with directions and plenty big. Purchased for cross broilers and had room to spare. We even bagged two full grown roosters with plenty of extra room. Will definitely purchase again.

Worked great. Lost or didn't find the straw but used just a stainless steel straw we had already. Watch some YouTube videos so you can see this in action. Also dry your birds very well so you avoid freezer burn potential. Didn't use the small zip ties, substituted bigger ones for ease of use. Great product though!

No zip ties or instructions! Went to bag up my chickens and had to race to the store for zip ties. Needs to have freezer tape included as well so that you can cover up the hole after.
