It attracts every pet hair!
I saw on one of the reviews that it attracted pet hair so I wasn't surprised this is a problem. I think it's very comfortable, perfect size for me and my dogs, but it doesn't feel very sturdy. I don't expect it to hold up for very long.

Firm seat, easy pushback on footrest
I work on my laptop sitting (due to shoulder problems) and needed a couch that fits me in an upright position without sinking in and has a bit of extra space for a cat or two next to me. This is the best choice for my requirements so far, the cushions are firm (and I am no lightweight), the back is only slightly tilted when extending the footrest, and I can actually push the footrest back in with my legs. All other of these types of chairs have footrests that are so hard to push back, I always have to climb out of the chair and push the footrest in with my hands. The fabric feels nice also. This is not a "sink-in and sitting on a cloud" type of chair but more in line with an old-fashioned club chair, solid and wide, comfy but without swallowing you. The seat are is very deep, so if I wish to pad up the seat for long TV watching times, I can just add a slim down pillow to sit on. The price was fantastic and shipping time just a few days.A few months later: I still love it, just wish my cats would leave it alone, they love to scratch on the fabric although I have two cat trees right next to the chair, and now I have a few threads coming loose on the side.A year later, I still like my chair although my cats have been doing a number on it and I thought of buying a second one and just surrender the old one to them but the price has increased by a 150 bucks and that makes this chair a bit more than I am willing to pay.

Looks nice but unsure how long it will last
The chair itself looks great and was easy to put together no complaints there, however it doesnt seem as durable as i was hoping, when the recliner is open and you lean forward the whole thing rocks forward, I find that very strange. It doesn't seem real secure for a child, my five year old has been on it and leaned forward it seemed like the base isnt very stable, if it wouldn't be such a hassle to send back, (big old piece of furniture) I probably would send back because it will be used in a toy room, we will just have to make sure to watch our son. Glad it wasn't overly expensive or I would be more upset with purchase.

Well worth the money
This piece fits perfect in our theater room and is just what we needed for occasional usage (10X per yr) . The reclining mechanism works smoothly and easily. The color is a nice mix of navy and royal blues, lighter than a deep navy and darker than a royal blue., texture of fabric is good and the firmness is acceptable, it could use a little more padding but overall its well worth the money.

It's An Okay Chair
The only reason I an giving this 3 stars is because it was great when we received it. Functional and could fit both my husband and I. But after I would say a few months, the bottom cushion was pulling back every time we sat in it. To the point to where when you would sit, you could feel the wood. We tied to contact the seller, but they were no help. So, although the chair is beautiful and big I wouldn't recommend.

Nice but not amazing. 3.5 stars
I really like the look of this chair. I added it to my home office which is also my sitting and reading room. I use the chair a lot and I can already tell it won't last long. Sometimes when putting the footrest back in it is hard and doesn't want to stay. I do like it but I just dont feel like it is made well. I guess you get what you pay for though.

Knees and pets.
I've had the chair for about a month. It is comfortable and will serve my needs with 2 comments. It takes a fair bit of strength to lock the footstool back down. Elderly or prople with knee issues might find it difficult. Second, while the upholstery color is beautiful and the chair appears well made, the upholstery fabric is a magnet for pet hair and lint. It requires a strong vacuum to remove as the fabric really grabs every hair. If you have good knees and no pets, it's a good chair.

My Spouse Wanted These
These are nice to look at but uncomfortable for two people to cuddle in. My husband wanted these for our movie area, but the seat is hard, and I can't move out of the seat if he is with me (his weight will stop the recliner from closing. The recliner will sit two people. I am about 130, he is approx 200 lbs. and we are both under 5'9". He loves them, so they are staying (pick your battles), but if you are smaller than your spouse, you will feel their movements because it pushes you up and stops you from closing the footrest area. It is rather constricting.
