We Love Quinoa: Fresh and Healthy Inspiring Recipes Paperback – February 9, 2016

Book is well organized. I tried few recipes which I enjoyed (Quinoa Kisir with Pomegranate and Walnut, Summer Quinoa Salad with Grapefruit and Tahini Dressing, Quinoa Cinnamon Power Bites). The lowered star --the pictures are not crystal-clear sharp. Also I have enough cookbooks with quinoa recipes that this book is a little redundant.
