We absolutely love this rice. I've researched the process used in making this an instant rice and it seems to retain the food value. The brown basmati rice is purported to be the most healthy rice. The flavor is excellent and it is truly ready in 90 seconds. Both my husband and I have some health issues and our doctors have recommended that we eat rice as part of a healthy diet. I've been making rice bowls for breakfast using this rice layered with an egg and avocado. I include sausage for my husband. We love it and it starts our day right. I've also made rice and beans, chicken casserole and just as a side dish. I do not make good rice. It never cooks thoroughly. This is easy to use and the texture is what you would want in a well prepared rice. We are very happy with this product.

This vegetable flavored rice is an excellent side dish to any meal. Move potatoes, Ready Rice with Veggies has filled your spot on the plate. I can eat the Ready Rice Garden vegetable packet myself in one sitting as my meal. I love this rice. I buy them in a box of 12 so that I know I won’t run out.

This is the only rice that complies with the fiber to carb ratio. The fiber comes from the Quiona--none of the other rice packages nor other brands, offer rice with Quiona. This package from Uncle Ben's is #1; I have it on auto-delivery from Amazon once a month. It is ready in 90 seconds and no mess to clean up or pot to wash!
