I am a Podiatrist that does a lot of wound care. My medical supplier doesn't carry this tape and Amazon has the best price. Best tape and used by most wound care clinics.

My husband has a condition that requires him to have many surgeries a year to remove cysts. The tape to hold old the dressings often cause more damage to his skin than the actual surgery. This tape has been a God send. It is strong yet gentle and soft. The only downfall is the perforated lines to tear the tape. It separates easily in areas that move a lot and we have to double it up in different directions to make sure it stays put. But it is not big deal it is thin enough that even in sensitive areas it does not make it uncomfortable. Wish they made it longer length between the perforations. Also it is so much more expensive buying this at medical supply chains. Like $60 a roll at our local home health store. This is a great price.

If you have large areas to cover like I did after I burned myself, this tape securely holds large bandages in place. It’s easy to use because the tape has perforations that allows the to just tear the tape rather than having to use scissors.

It covers well and stays on until removed. My husband's wound has to be cleaned and a clean bandage put back on 3 or 4 times a day. Some days his skin gets a little pink around the edges of the tape. I just put a tiny bit if the medication I use on his wound and the pink is gone by the next change.

If allowed to stay out of package the segments of bandage tend to dry out causing unwanted premature separation causing wasted tape.
