Don't flip it, you'll be fine.
Accidentally tipped it over, I was lifting a workbench with a pallet jack, toolbox was behind the bench, didn't think about the forks sticking out. Anyway, picked it back up, got all my tools back in, drawers are still smooth (one is dented and now has a band-aid on it lol). The crash was CATASTROPHIC, whole machine shop started coming out to look lol. I do wish the top lid had gas pistons instead of the linkages. Kind of a pain to assemble, def gonna need a buddy (or unwilling wife lol) to help you put the chest onto the posts, at least for the first few bolts. Big fan of all 4 casters being swivels.

Reasonable value Cart
Pro: It is just only $220 for a brand new metal tool cart. Very good deal! Con: 1.) Very hard to assemble. Screw too long so cannot use socket to screw. See picture. 2.) Very hard to assemble. Drawer too heavy, very hard to put on. I just lay all the part on the floor (drawer handle face celing) and fasten the drawer side pole , then, put the cart up normal and fasten the rest. 3.) When I work on the top as bench top, drawer cannot open. And, of course, if you are repair a car, the cart will work very fine. To manufactory: is there any chance that can use shorter screw maybe reduce 3mm length?

Assembly was a total pain in a$$ as the holes have to be forced to meet up, box was smashed to hell but luckily no dents, the stickers they decided to put EVERYWHERE are the biggest downside tho. These things are on every damn piece and they don’t come off at all. Tried acetone, isopropyl alcohol, Even brake cleaner which faded the paint in that area but still nada. Why they felt the need to sticker every single item is beyond me but I digress. It’s definitely a US General (harbor freight) reject 1000%. They are IDENTICAL to the 4 drawer US General one’s at harbor freight. Same exact screwdriver compartments along the edges of the top compartment, same assembly, same number of bolts. Literally only thing different is color choices and the “Ironton” label

Nice - Hard to put together
Hello - Nice tool cart. Heavy duty and sturdy. A couple of issues. 1. It is relatively hard to get the legs on, lined up, and tightened. 2.Some of the powder coating on the legs chipped off during assembly. Would I recommend? - Yes
