Really helps speed up the little yeasties
I wanted to get my wine more dry than the yeasts had left it. I added a bit of this product and a bit of yeast energizer, whatever that is, and the yeasts perked right up.

Great product for brewing
It’s always great to find a product you need locally but because of the pandemic most brewing supply stores are closed. Closest one is 50 miles away round-trip. Sometimes they have this product. Sometimes they don’t decided to look at Amazon found out they had it in stock delivery was on time before I had to brew good product, save you with gas time and money
