This is my first time buying this olive oil, and it was exactly as described. The quality is excellent and the taste is very good and fresh. I really enjoyed the flavor and it feels like a high-quality product. I’m satisfied with my purchase and would buy it again.

This is probably my fourth bottle of this product. I add a tablespoon to my morning matcha everyday and love it the taste. I have also taken shots of it and definitely the best EVOO quality out there in my opinion. Very smooth and peppery. Packaging is impressive, very nicely protected and I love the green dark glass bottle. Not the most affordable in the market but the price is fair to me considering it’s third party tested and the quality is great.

Five Michelin stars of olive oil greatness. You can genuinely taste the health in this stuff. It's got that sassy intensity you only get from a high-polyphenol oil, and then it hits you with that peppery bite at the back of the throat on the way down.I take it straight, a couple tablespoons, no bread, no salad, no ceremony. And I'll say it plainly: I feel better on the days I take it. Whether that's the polyphenols or the placebo of drinking olive oil like a shot of espresso, I don't much care (I know it is the polyphenols). It works for me.For what you get at 400+ mg/kg, it's solid value compared to a lot of the boutique stuff out there. Great taste, real bite, and it doesn't feel like a chore to get down. You feel sophisticated. Like you were born in Italy, you only wear Gucci, and you are going to live 1,000 years.If you're the kind of person who owns a bottle of olive oil you'd never actually cook with, this is your oil.
