Complete garbage all around. The extender itself does not work- it does not create an SSID as is necessary to connect after pairing with your router. I'm a pretty tech savvy person, did everything I could think of to get this to work, but it just does not work. Figured I would reach out to the company for help. However, customer service is non-existent. There is an email address on their website, but no one has responded after a week. Don't waste your time or your money.

This product really worked great for me. Pretty easy to set up once I found SSID the rest is piece of cake. This extender work so good that me and my mate use the same wifi who lives in the next apartment. Simple set up and good range I like this product. I had little heard time to find out the SSID I went to their website all information was there. Device can be set up with and without Ethernet port. Highly recommend if own a short range router.

I was not able to get this device working - support for the unit is basically non-existent.email replies just keep telling me to take the same steps over again - obviously no one was really reading what my emails said. Tried to call during the day (PST) and no one ever answered the phone. The offered a replacement or reimbursement. When I said just reimburse me - I've gotten no more responses at all. Don't waste your $$ on thisNO 5 STAR EXPERIENCE they say they guarantee. I'm out the $$ with a device that does not work!!!

I live in a 2 story house so i usually dont get reliable wifi downstairs. That means I cant use my smart TV in the living room. When my friend told me about something called a wifi extender, i decided to give it a try and this product is amazing. I plugged it in downstairs and set it up in about 5 mins. Now, i have 5 bars wifi downstairs and can actually use my internet throughout the entire house.

The extender only works within 15 feet of the host. This is the second one I've tried. You get what you pay for. I'm sending it back and getting one of the higher dollar extenders. When I say within 15 feet, that's line of site, and not through walls. No signal strength at all with these smaller units. Not worth my time anymore.

I finally know how to use this. First, we’d better to reset it which needs to hold reset button with a needle for few seconds. And connect to the ac 300 WiFi ,Something like that. Then set up the WiFi. Connect it to the main WiFi. And we’re done. This thing is good enough. After setting that, the speed is clearly goes fast. Hope the new product release so I can connect with my computer.
