Warped Immediately
Having read another review on here about warping I was extremely careful to heat the griddle very slowly over two large gas burners on fairly low heat. Despite the diffuser and reinforcing bars on the back it started warping almost immediately. The reinforcing bars are not welded the full length, rather they are only spot welded about every six inches or so which seems to defeat the purpose of them being there. Once it started warping it made violent popping sounds as though the spot welds were breaking. As soon as it cooled off I re-boxed the griddle and returned it. Fortunately the seller gave a refund. This product would be great if the steel were a bit thicker and the reinforcing bars were actually fully welded to the back of the plate rather than spot welded, but the way it’s currently built is utterly useless.

Horrible product
This product is horrible, not only did it warp first use, but it ruined my 1000.00 stove by over heating it, I would not recommend this to anyone. I now have to have an appliance technician come out to repair my stove.
