Yes I gave this mirror 4 stars, but know that rating is NOT reflective of its relationship or comparison to a truly 'fine' piece. It is what it is, lovely but reminiscent of a movie lot NYC facade lol.About 10 days before I was to have a house full of guests the Civil War era handmade cherry mirror which hung in my entranceway was sent crashing to the floor in a freak accident and I needed a quick, and financially reasonable, replacement yet which had a similar vibe. In that light, yes the mirror is visually lovely. The 'wood' frame has the graceful lines as seen in the photos, good tones to the staining, not bad detail in terms of the beading work and the construction of the corner joining was about 90-95% spot on. It arrived in perfect condition having been extremely well prepaired and protected against damage during shipping. Once hung it does give the appearance of a finer piece though the slightness of the wooden profile is a bit obvious, though my words may be more critical regarding this aspect because the moment you handle it you KNOW it is not solid hardwood and that may have prejudiced or resulted in my reserved language. HOWEVER, I do have one major cirtism. NONE of the hanging mountings were level!! Yes, you are provided with 4 preinstalled mountings so that the mirror may be hung vertically or horizontally, but neither set were level and because you know that they should not be realigned as the wood is not truly solid, you're left with one of two options: either calculate the degree to which they are off and place your nails or screws to compensate OR do what the included instrustions advise you not to do and that is to hang it using picture wire....I had no choice but to go with the latter option though I used extremely heavy wire and tripple wound it...a 'Hail Mary' perhaps but it worked and I had about 24 hours before everything had to be back to normal.All of this said, its is a well made graceful piece within its category...and, much to the credit of the manufacturer, the mirror itself is distortion free!

Very pleased with the product. It works perfectly in the bathroom with the new vanities. I was not happy that I received 2 of these mirrors damaged in the packaging. I returned one and received a replacement that was damaged. When I requested another to replace the 2nd damaged mirror I was advised that I could not have a replacement and that I would have to reorder in order to receive another mirror. I was also issued a gift card instead of applying the purchase amount against my chase credit card with Amazon. This has now been corrected however the credit to my Amazon Card was not issued until after I had already paid my credit card balance to Chase. I now have a credit against my credit card which I will request Chase to issue me a check for the credit. I am still happy with the quality and look of the mirrors.

Mirror and frame looked good but the mirror itself showed up broken in many, many pieces so I had to return it. That's why I gave it only 3 stars. Ended up ordering the same mirror from "Big Orange" and it showed up in good shape and looks great. I didn't use the mounting hardware to hang it. I ended up removing the supplied loops which were intended for steel cable and instead mounted a french cleat style hanger (mounted in the landscape direction). Looks great in my renovated bathroom.

Mirror had a factory defect. A hole the size of a nickle in the reflective surface. Seller replaced it, the replacement was flawless. Thanks for resolving quickly and effortlessly.

The mirror is very nice. We were pleasantly surprised by the look and the feel of it. It includes picture hanging wire in the packaging as well as hangers on the back of the mirror so you are able to orientate it vertically or horizontally.

The frame is beautiful and the beveled mirror is very nice quality (as far as I can tell). Unfortunately the packaging was pretty dodgy and my mirror arrived shattered in a thousand pieces. I did get a full refund but chose not to order a replacement - I can only assume the same thing would happen again.In retrospect, it was probably wildly optimistic that a mirror would ship well. My mistake.
