Bright color for high visibility and holds up against the wind.
This is a cute umbrella, and it is definitely more violet than pure pink. So in case your screen is making you think it's pure pastel know it'll be a bit more purple pink than just pink. Still, it's a great umbrella color because it's bright so you won't get hit by cars. I definitely notice them slowing down for me more than they did with my old black umbrella. It rains pretty regularly where I live in the winter and spring and it's very windy because I'm near the ocean and this umbrella has held up great. The wind slots are a must in this area, and they work as intended here. The umbrella hasn't flipped inside out even on the worst days where I can barely hold onto it. I'm impressed. It's also very tiny so I keep it in my backpack without issue. That makes it great for travel, but not for sharing, it's just big enough to cover one person. It comes with a nice little sleeve so after I shake it off I can throw it in there so it doesn't get my laptop wet. It repels water as you'd expect so it keeps my things dry. I wouldn't stick paper next to it, but I'm not any more worried about this than I am my water bottle having condensation. It automatically opens and closes. Push the button, boom it's open. Push the button, boom it's now pretty easy to close.

Great, compact, quick-opening umbrella
On the one hand, this umbrella isn't really much different than every other compact umbrella of this size that you've probably owned dozens of in the past. As a standard, compact-sized umbrella, it's around 11.6 inches long when folded up, 42-inches wide when opened, and clicking the button on the handle opens up via a spring-like action, while clicking the button a second time releases the spring tension so you can fold it back up...However, compared to a lot of other umbrellas that I've picked up online, at big-box stores and convenience stores, or from street vendors in the rain -- I'd say this one seems to be on the upper-end of quality, relatively speaking. The handle is a little bigger and sturdier feeling than on a number of other umbrellas of this type that I've used; the spring-action on the handle opens up the umbrella especially quickly and smoothly; and the umbrella canopy itself seems pretty tough and springy -- I think it should hold up better in a rainstorm or on a windy day than most of the other umbrellas I have of this general umbrella type, and definitely better than the cheap-o black-cane-hook-handle type of umbrellas you'd find at the dollar store.I mean, it's not the greatest umbrella of all time -- but at the currently very modest price-point I'm very impressed, it's as good or better than most umbrellas I've found in this price point. (Although my opinion may change depending on how well the umbrella actually holds up after being used in multiple rainstorms over a longer period of time.)The umbrella also came with a little mustache-shaped sticker (a branding theme of the "Mr. Pen" company that's selling this umbrella) which my kindergarten-aged kid thought was very funny -- at first she was going to put the sticker on her school folder or one of her toys, but instead she ended up wearing it around the house for half and hour while doing a silly French accent.

Lightweight and easy to use but a little small for heavy rain
This umbrella is super convenient for tossing in a bag or backpack.. it’s lightweight, opens and closes easily with the automatic button, and feels pretty sturdy against wind gusts. The violet color is really pretty too, which is a nice bonus. It’s on the smaller side, though, so it’s perfect for one person but might not keep you totally dry if it’s really pouring. Great for everyday use or travel when you need something compact and reliable.

Just as advertised, lightweight and compact umbrella
This is a very compact umbrella just at 11.6" long when retracted. To open, simply unfasten the Velcro strap and press the single button for the umbrella to quickly automatically open. To close, pull down firmly until it locks in place. It's wide enough to keep me and a small backpack dry. This umbrella has been great to use during this rainy season!

Exceptional compact umbrella
Great choice for a compact carry umbrella. It deploys smoothly and feels strong, and is easy to fold back up and fit back in it's sleeve.
