Fluker's Food and Water Reptile Corner Bowl, Small 4"

I purchased this bowl to finish my hognose’s cage and also serve as a rough s’efface to shed on. I received the bowl and I like the product. Well, liked. I’ll still use it but I doubt I will be getting similar products in the future. Very porous (air bubbles from the resin setting) and when filled up at first (and for a few time after even when washed) the water turns cloudy and almost as white as milk. When I saw this I washed it multiple times with cold and hot water. Since it is resin the hot water made it melt slightly by accident. My fault, but still unpleasant for if you were to wash this in the dishwasher. Since this is porous-like, if my gal decided to poop in it, it would be pretty hard to clean.Edit. I’m giving this a 1 star since there is a white residue that WONT go away. I can wipe it off but as soon as I put water in, it starts turning milky. I won’t be buying this again.

If you've ever done body work on a car you know what Bondo is. Plasticized auto body filler that you mix up like epoxy with two parts that hardens after you spread it on the dent. This bowl smells exactly like Bondo - a chemically kind of epoxy smell. Several washes with dish soap did not remove it. I'm not putting this where my leopard gecko will be exposed to whatever is out-gassing from this dish. I'm sad about it because I love my other Fluker's products. Maybe this was a fluke? Either way, it if smells like chemicals it's not going to work for me.

I got this for my cornsnake who was constantly banging his water dish on the side of his vivarium to get my attention. Also, sometimes he would turn it over on purpose. Now he can no longer do these things! This dish is too heavy for him to move around even though I have seen him trying. I also like the triangular design because it fits right into a corner.

For starters, I paid 6.99 for this corner bowl on 2/6/16 :( and might not be as disappointed if I had only paid the 3.99 that is priced at now. It worked great at first. After the 30 day return period was up I noticed water disappeared almost as soon as I put it in the reservoir. (Completely empty within an hour) Very disappointed that I wasted money on this one as well as Flukers Lagoon/Bowl for Hermit Crabs, as it did the same thing. I will not be purchasing any further Fluker items which is unfortunate because they do have the best configurations and sizes for my hermit crab habitat.

Perfect fit for a 10gal tank. Very poor packing, plastic envelope without any cushioning, surprised it survived the shipment.

Overall I like the size and weight of this bowl. My only complaint is the texture on the inside of the bowl which makes it a little difficult to clean properly. I do not know why the inside would be textured like it is so I have to assume it is a manufacturing defect. Otherwise it is a great bowl.

very nice quality! i got a different color than what was pictured, but it adds to the fun surprise and natural look :) (more brown and a bit darker, but same type of rock pattern. feels real!)EDIT: After two months of constant use and often cleaning, the "nonporous" bowl has become VERY porous, and is now slimy, and molded no matter what I do. Too bad. Im going to have to bring my rating down to a 3 now :(

I wasnt expecting the item to be so...rocky because it was so inexpensive. I love it and love how it looks! I can be a little tricky to clean if food gets stuck on the bottom, but soaking it in hot water (no soap) for ten minutes will help loosen it.
