The arm rest on my pickup cracked on the inside. I place this on top and it works great. It Keeps your arm higher and more room for the passenger.

high quality durable doesn't lose fluffiness raises armrest a bit which was perfect for me I have a small stick-shift car (Mazda protege) & the center console was to low to be practical to reach shifter & armrest was rock hard with this its perfect height & really comfy. PS my center console is really tiny (would compare to something like that of a 2000 civic) so it kind of floats on top but doesn't sit tight. however i find that it stays in place most the time. in a standard full size vehicle should be perfect fit.

I really liked the cushion and the way it supports my right arm. I bought a new car and the console was much lower than my old car so I couldn't rest my arm while driving. I found this cushion and decided to give it a try. The straps attach around the top of the console with click clips. Unfortunately, after only a couple of weeks, one of the clips just fell apart, which is why I gave it 3 stars rather than 5 stars. I didn't return it, but probably should have.....

This item works just as I hoped it would. I no longer have to lean in order to rest my arm on the console. The memory foam makes it very comfortable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it fits just a little bit lose.

I drive 40 miles to work every day moth of it on a highway and I don't have a place to rest my elbow. The center console from my Mazda 3 is a little bit to low. I've been using a pillow for the past 4 months but it is not practical or comfortable. Since the very first day that I used this armrest I feel more comfortable and without shoulder discomfort. Recommended I'll buy a second unit for my wife's car!

So far, in brief usage, it seems to work well to prevent my shoulder pain. I am able to close my console, with the straps in place, but have to be forceful to do so. I do not find that the cushion compresses excessively, but so far I have used it only in winter, and I do not overheat my car.

Love the fact that it's memory foam. However it's a pain because it doesn't stay put and moves all around. Bought this mainly because my dog goes with me almost everywhere and this is to prevent the main console from getting ruined.

All of the negative reviews of the slippage of this product is fixed by one easy trick..... Simply cross thread the straps so that these front straps are in the rear and vice versa. No slipping and very comfy.
