Okay little tool post, it’s a little rough around the edges but I’m just happy I don’t have to use shims with the original four way post. For the price I don’t have high hopes for longevity

The media could not be loaded.  If you have a quarter inch of tolerance to play with then this is the quick change to a post for you. However if you need accurate cuts to a few thousands of an inch stay far away from this product. The product works as described but it is very sloppy the build quality is very poor and the material is super cheap. Probably the lowest grade aluminum you can get. And it seems like they took about 5 minutes to produce it. It was probably no quality checks with this product. There are spaces behind the holder that leaves a very loose bit and you get a ton of play in the holder. If you are starting out and you just bought a mini lathe and you're just practicing so accuracy doesn't matter then I would recommend this product. I did find a use for it when I was first starting out. It is much easier to change out your tools with a quick change to a post and it is with your normal post. To get used to machining and to get into the swing of things you could get some usage out of it. It does hold the cutters and they do mount onto the quick change tool post and they are held in place. It's just very loosely and sloppily. I hope this helps.

One of the first upgrade you should get before anything else. Ive that before from others. & on videos) and its true lf you have the chi*lnese mini lathe. Set screw's are a little loose but it honestly doesnt matter whem you tighten your tool into it. Its better than I expected for the price. If yours on the fence, just get it. I was skeptical, but is literally 10x better than before. Edit: lol I take it back thw hamdle got bent out of its hole and broke off. (Made from aluminum) maybe but a better one made from steel... Still works just have to rethread the hole and make a mew handle deserves a star demotion though.

Es lo justo por lo que pagué. Lo estoy utilizando en un torno Unimat 5 con aluminio y no tengo queja alguna. Fue necesario agregar un "shim" a partir de una lata de refresco y ajusta perfectamente. Para ser la primera vez desde hace muchos años que vuelvo a usar un torno, no está nada mal.

I sent it back. Finish was flaking off the moment I pulled it from the box. The tool post was gritty and felt like complete garbage. don't waste your time or money. Move on to something much better, spend a few more bucks. I went with a tool changer from "my little machine shop" still made over seas but it is a far better tool Holds .0005 easy. Skip this thing
