The barrel & tank are shatterproof aluminum, the valve is fiber reinforced, and the range is adjustable. These launchers are built in compliance with most event and venue insurance regulations where PVC or friable plastic pressure holding components are prohibited. This size does tennis balls out to 200 feet, and T shirts out to 100 feet, similar to some $649+ units. You may have seen this launcher at sporting events, concerts, and parades.Use indoors or outdoors by filling to less or more pressure. As seen on TV, to reach the third tier of bleachers, the t-shirts are tightly rolled, and taped, while in an indoor setting, loosely rolled shirts allow the shirts to unroll, and fall gently. Unless specified, color is random, and barrel is polished. One launch per air charge! Using an optional CO2 remote with an on/off valve provides one recharge for each ounce of CO2.
