awful texture
I'm not expecting much in the realm of taste for these drinks, but the texture of this one is like drinking sand. As for effectiveness, I couldn't choke more than half a glass down, but it got things "moving," so I guess there's that.

The bloating was bad!
I bought this product and it did help regulate my digestive system but I am on week four and I am very bloated (5-7 pounds) heavier than my actual weight and I am not going as regular as I was when it was week 1 of taking this product. I read on the label that it states to lower dosage and Then add more once it regulates. I lowered my dosage to 1 scoop on week 3 and I am still very bloated. I am going to stop taking this product due to the bloating and weight gain. Sucks I can’t return It, but it was worth the try to see if it helps. Thanks !
