Great design in that the pump and filter system is integral saving space easy to set up and maintain with chemicals available online from Clever spa.It does take time to heat from cold to full temperature would advise filing with hot water intially;as the cover retains the heat well there in.i did have a fault with the cover but have had this replaced from the seller who's customer service has been excellent!...Overall delighted with purchase !

DO NOT BUY any Clever Spa Primary Products! Bought Monte Carlo. Both the heater and led light set failed in the first 4 weeks of use and despite logging multiple requests for warranty support absolutely no response whatsoever in over 2 weeks of trying. They do not answer their phone support number either and I now have an £800 paddling pool.Could not recommend in any way!!

Really impressed with this hot tub. It's easy to set up and worth every penny. I would recommend this to family and friends.

Avoid Avoid Avoid..Don’t buy anything from Cleverspa.Their warranty is absolutely rubbish.Mine swollen up after 3 weeks and the internal seals are failing.Was told it’s not covered under warranty as it was in the garden in the sunlight.

This hot tub is excellent quality, had much fun over the summer and autumn with it! Feels sturdy and comfortable. I bought seats to go in it but did not need them, as base is very comfortable. As with all inflatable hot tubs, takes a long time to heat up, so would recommend filling with hot water (I did this and it went from the box to ready to use in less than 2 hours!).

Bought a brand new cleverspa from Argos eBay registered the warranty and received W mail with warranty number7 months later heater fault occurred contacted cleverspa only to be told warranty invalidated as bought from Argos eBay although initially authorised warranty and number givenContacted Argos they didn’t know why and have actioned to collect item and full refundOnly now to be contacted from cleverspa to say they will collect and sort and made a mistake I said to late that argos are collectingI then asked if they can compensate any howBy offering to collect item and maybe give a led one insteadNot interested in doing any thingPlease avoidI’m thinking of buying lazy spa after refund

Do not buy a Cleverspa hot tub. Their customer service is dire. Bought one last month and have been unable to buy any filters anywhere. Despite searching daily there are none available. Without filters you are unable to use the hot tub without damaging it. B AND Q refuse to accept return of the product unless it is faulty and neither do Cleverspa. Have paid £700 for a tub I cannot use. Dreadful service.
